Yes. Each building is constructed with weather-resistant materials and proper sealing to help protect stored items from the elements.

We deliver our buildings fully constructed and ready for immediate use. Once placed on a level site, they can be put into service right away with no additional assembly.

Lead times are generally 6–8 weeks from the date the order is placed. This timeframe can change depending on the scope of the project and current production schedules.

Our most popular option is a 30x10 building, which can be configured as 10x10s, 5x10s, or 10x15s. We also offer individual 10x20 units and can build custom sizes up to 40 feet long and 15 feet wide. For the best value, we typically recommend the 30x10 framework. Our delivery trailers are 60 feet long, which allows us to haul two 30x10 buildings per truckload, helping keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Our buildings arrive fully constructed and ready to use, which eliminates on-site construction time, labor expenses, and many permitting delays. Their modular design also allows them to be relocated if needed, giving you greater flexibility and faster returns on your investment.

We install PerformMAX? MDO flooring, which is manufactured using a thermal fusion process for maximum strength and longevity. This material holds up exceptionally well to moisture, pressure, and daily wear, and is regarded as the best flooring option available on the market.
